Where we deliver

Our store serves Australian customers. Delivery availability will depend on the product and your postcode. Regional, remote and bulky item deliveries may have different arrangements. Please contact us if you need help checking an address.

Shipping costs and estimates

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout or included in a quote agreed before purchase. We do not currently promise a fixed shipping rate, free shipping threshold or universal delivery timeframe. Published delivery estimates will distinguish dispatch time from carrier transit time where possible.

Supplier dispatch and separate deliveries

Products may be sent directly from supplier warehouses. An order containing multiple items may arrive in separate deliveries. Where tracking is available, we will provide the details after dispatch.

Furniture and access

Check product measurements and access through doors, corridors and lifts before purchasing. Delivery service details, including whether assembly, room placement or packaging removal is included, will be stated before purchase. Do not assume these services are included.

Delivery details and changes

Please provide an accurate address and contact number. Contact us as soon as possible if details need changing. We will check whether a change can be made before dispatch and explain any agreed additional charges.

Delays, missing items and damage

If your delivery is late, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. Photographs of damage and packaging can help us investigate, but do not limit your statutory rights. We will work with the supplier and carrier to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
