About Aster Living

This website is operated by Sarah Hanna trading as Aster Living, ABN 60 486 306 593, based in New South Wales, Australia. These terms apply to your use of our website and purchases from us.

Our launch

Our first collection is being prepared. While our store is awaiting launch, displayed room imagery may be styling inspiration rather than products available for purchase. Product availability, prices and delivery details will be shown on individual listings when sales open.

Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Delivery charges and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Please check product dimensions, materials, care instructions and delivery requirements before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Nothing in these terms limits your rights where goods differ materially from their description or are otherwise faulty.

Orders and payment

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details and use a payment method you are authorised to use. We confirm orders by email. If stock is unavailable or a material pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you promptly to explain the issue and arrange a correction with your agreement or cancel the affected item and refund any payment received.

Delivery

Available delivery locations, costs and estimates are provided before purchase. Some items may be dispatched directly by a supplier and arrive separately. See our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if an order is delayed, missing or damaged.

Returns and consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Other failures may be remedied through repair, replacement or refund as required by law. We remain responsible for addressing your consumer guarantee claim even when a supplier dispatches the goods.

Any additional change of mind return offer will be disclosed before purchase. Consumer guarantee rights are separate from that offer and are not restricted by supplier policies or warranty periods. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Website use and privacy

Please use our website lawfully. Do not misuse customer information, interfere with the website or reproduce our original content without permission. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to existing orders. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, subject to mandatory rights and protections that apply to you.
